HOWLER'S LEG INJURY

This was the wrapping on Howler's leg after we recaptured her for the 3rd time. There was some irritation from the wrap; not surprised after nearly two and half weeks on her own.
The vet had to remove the above bandage; another one was applied. We were instructed to remove it the next day. It was stuck to her leg, so we were reluctant to harm her more. So we left it partially in place.
Later that night, Howler removed the remaining bandage. This was the first time we were able to see her original leg injury.
The original injury was not as widespread on her leg as I thought, but as an open wound, it still looks very painful.
